Acceptance of Terms of Usage
These Terms of Usage govern your access and use of this Site. Custom Sign Center reserves the right to make changes to this Site and to these Terms of Usage at any time without prior notice. You should review these Terms of Usage each time you access this Site.
You also agree that we may provide all legal communications and notices to you electronically by posting them on our website or, at our election, by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you provided to us when you registered at our website. You may withdraw your consent to receive communications from us electronically by contacting customer care. However, if you withdraw your consent to receive our communications electronically, you must discontinue your use of your account.
General
All the terms and conditions and/or any transactions occuring online at www.shop.customsigncenter.com or by phone are subject to the laws of the State of California. Custom Sign Center is not responsible for the delay and/or damages resulting from Machinery Breakdown, Acts of God, and from other actions, both governmental and otherwise, including but not limited to war, riot, seizure, and embargo. The tools available on www.shop.customsigncenter.com to create document is the property of Custom Sign Center and its affiliated companies. The Buyer’s order shall be deemed an acceptance of the Seller's terms. The Terms and conditions shall in all respects be governed by STATE OF OHIO law.
Reservations
All orders are subject to acceptance by Custom Sign Center. We reserve the right to reject any order at any time without recourse. We also reserve the right to change the price at any time even after we receive the order.
Returns
🔄 Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review the guidelines below for returning or replacing your items.
🏷️ Stock Items
Stock (non-custom) items may be returned within 15 days of purchase.
Items must be in like new, unused condition with no damage or signs of wear.
A 20% restocking fee will apply, and shipping/freight charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
✨ Custom Items
Because custom products are made specifically for you, they cannot be refunded.
If your custom item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrectly produced due to our error, we will gladly reprint and replace it at no cost.
Claims must be made in writing within 5 business days of delivery.
Replacement will only occur after the return of the original item for inspection.
🚫 Non-Returnable Situations
We cannot accept returns or issue replacements if:
The order was misused, mishandled, or damaged after delivery.
Part of the order has already been used and only a portion is being returned.

Be sure to include your order number, photos of the issue (if applicable), and a brief description so we can help resolve it quickly.
Credit Card
If the Buyer's credit card is declined, Custom Sign Center will not process the Buyer’s order. If the order is shipped and should the Buyer's account become delinquent, Buyer agrees to pay a monthly finance charge of 2% (annual percentage rate of 24%) on the unpaid balance. If an account goes beyond the payment term's due date, unless specific arrangements are made, future purchases will require advance payment. In the event that Custom Sign Center must commence legal action to enforce any terms of this agreement, the Buyer agrees to pay reasonable legal fees and costs.
Warranty
Custom Sign Center neither makes any explicit warranty nor imply or accepts any responsibility other than possible replacement of the products that Buyer is buying. Custom Sign Center may but does not guarantee the replacement of the defective product, or credit the amount of the purchase price.
Shipping Policy
Welcome to Custom Sign Center! We take pride in delivering high-quality signage with reliable shipping and transparent service. Please review the details below to better understand how we handle order processing, shipping, and more.
⏱️ Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and carefully packaging them for shipment or pickup.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email once your order is ready for shipment or pickup.
🚚 Shipping Options
We ship all orders via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.
Expedited shipping options (such as 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air) are available.
We only ship to addresses within the United States.
You can view a UPS Ground transit map on our homepage slideshow for estimated delivery times by region.
💲 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your package.
Any promotional offers, such as free shipping, will be clearly marked on the product or category page.
For bulk orders or custom packages, please reach out for a shipping quote.
📍 Local Delivery & Pickup
Customers located near Columbus, Ohio may choose local pickup at our Super Sign Showroom.
You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation and a valid ID.
⚠️ Potential Service Interruptions
While we aim to deliver every order on time, certain factors may cause delays, including:
- Weather disruptions (especially during peak seasons)
- Carrier delays (UPS transit changes, staffing issues)
- Supply chain shortages or backordered materials
- High production volume during promotional events
We’ll notify you via email if your order is impacted.
🔎 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive two tracking notifications:
- A UPS email with your tracking number and delivery estimate
- An order update from Custom Sign Center confirming shipment and providing tracking details
Please check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see these emails within 3 business days of placing your order.

Limitation of Liability:
Custom Sign Center will not be liable in contract or in tort (including negligence) to the customer for incidental or consequential damages, arising out of or resulting from anybody’s performance or nonperformance of our obligations. Custom Sign Center shall not be liable to anyone for any kind of financial losses, cost, expenses, damages and/or other economic damages. The Buyer agrees that the Buyer will not hold Custom Sign Center responsible for any and all loss, cost, expense, and damages (including legal costs) on account of any and all manner of claims, demands, actions, and proceedings that may be instituted against Custom Sign Center and its affiliated company (S) on grounds alleging that the said work violates any copyrights, trademarks, service marks, or is scandalous, or invades any person's right to privacy or other personal rights.
Cancellations and Refunds:
Custom Sign Center and its affiliated company will not refund any money for orders that were shipped or were cancelled after the order was processed.
