Will you review my artwork before printing my product?

No. Customsigncenter.com offers several ways for you to review your images and text and final proof prior to completing your order. You may include in your special instruction to have an element reviewed prior to print but this does not guarantee you a new proof prior to printing. If you are unsure about an image this is a good way to have it reviewed. If you have questions during your order process please feel free to call our Care Team during regular business hours at 614-300-4267. We stand ready to assit you.

what is the turn around for an order?

Our turnaround times are dependent upon the type of product and amount of product ordered. Usually our orders are ready for pick-up, or to be shipped, in 2-3 business days. Sometimes quicker if the order is a stock rider or frame that we have in stock. We strive to get your order to you on time and when it's ready to ship we will share the tracking information with you so you can follow your package to its destination.

How many products does your site support?

The site currently supports several major and popular products as listed. Yard signs, banners, real estate panels, riders, & frames, as well as magnetic signs, parking signs and printed products such as stationery and business cards. We are shortly going to introduce more products like logos/mailing labels, catalogs, calendars, door hangers and more.

What options are available for product design?

There are three options for designing and customizing a product. Click a product on the left-hand panel and choose one of the options.

1. Custom Design: lets you customize the products. Click it to open the design studio and use multiple tools to create your own design.

2. Upload Design: using this option, you can upload your own JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, EPS, AI, PDF and PSD images.

3. Browse Design: use this to select hundreds of pre-loaded templates. Work on them or customize them through our design studio.
